The way you analyze every deal is very inspiring and just provides concrete evidence so there's no way someone can question anything you say.

I will be watching this post as I am curious of other peoples goals and might give me some ideals or inspirations.

After listening to Podcast 33, I became overwhelmed with inspiration and the mindset of "I can do this."

It is both an inspiration and a great opportunity to learn new things and pick up new tips.I laughed so hard when @Wendell De Guzman said something to the effect of "Ok, for those of you listening.....and you are from Chicago....it is now time...to turn off your computer."

It was inspired by many of the BP podcasts, and just doing what everyone on BP talks about.

I had originally been inspired by an old thread in a forum where he spoke about building capital doing lonnie deals...but it seems as if this has become much more complex to do in recent years.
