@Amanda Smith wholesaling is nowhere near passive and can be capital intensive to start up if you don't have a ton of free time to door knock or research owners info. 

How can I find as much info as possible in a specific area?

Location and age of property are big factors In this one.

If the judgment is currently a valid lien against the property*, the judgment itself should have all the info you need.
