Does anyone know an agent/manager who can provide insights on the tenant screening process and possibly guide us in the right direction?

I own 108 acres of land in Carlisle South Carolina that I would like to sell.

I used Design Appruv on my first ADU and they have since gone bankrupt and stole everyone's money :/...so don't use them, but do look up their Yelp reviews if you want a good chuckle.My buddy CJ just left ADU Geeks and is starting his own company - I think for quite a significant discount.

That means you need to bring another 40k to the table at the refi cause you'll have a bridge loan of 240k to payoff.Now you'll own a 320k house with 80k equity in it making 150 cash/month.You wanna look for better deal spreads. 

I don't think I have enough capital/credit history to purchase a property through the LLC, I would purchase it under my own name. 

Hey @Kevin Romines, I think I tracked with all of that except for 1 thing: when I purchase (finance) an investment property, do I buy that one with its own All in One or are you saying to put the $ from that one into the primary or ??

One concern I have with this company is that another real estate agent owns it.

there are prospective tenants who would be great using your property within their own business model, but just make sure you understand the insurance and liability implications of this.

I currently still own 1 and have it rented in N.C.
