I APOLOGIZE FOR NOT ADDING THE QUESTION MARK AT THE END, my whole 'intent' when originally posting was to get input from you guys as to what YOU GUYS thought may have happened.

He apologized and we closed the deal.I ended up doing zero work to the house other than changing locks.

They apologized for the smell that was coming form the candles and said it wouldn't happen again.Anyways so I was wondering if it does happen again and I call the police, could they enter the apartment with just smelling it or would they need more evidence to enter the apartment?

I apologize if this has already been covered (deployed right now and internet is slow, so I havent been able to open all the pages) but it seems to me that using an SD IRA is best suited for investing strategies that produce short term gains, i.e. flipping etc.
