I was under the impression that Section 40-10-83 only applies if an ejectment lawsuit is brought by a tax deed holder (judicial redemption).The most confusing part to me is, if the property owner doesn’t have the money for their taxes, how in the world are they going to have money to pay my legal fees?

I think it's because it costs money to train them and they (mangers) think it's best to just send them out and hope they learn on their own.

You will have to get the alderman on board (politics..) and then the neighbors about hours and parking..It's a cool project, it feels like you make an impact on the community, but I would only do that if I had too much money, nothing to do with my time and looking for a proper challenge.
