I had no idea another Lehigh Valley existed!

I have had no problems as of yet and the property cash flows very well.

They have had no trouble keeping it rented.

We really had no intention of selling.

I have found a few lousy ones too that don't show for appointments or call just before and say they can't make it and had a small crew begin work on a house and fired them 2 days later realizing they had no clue what they were doing.

Was financing more challenging since you had no multi-family experience?  

The thing to do when the card is pulled on you is to flip the script - ask the tenant what would be "fair" under the circumstances: (1) you have had no increase in 10 years; (2) my operating costs have increased x in that time; (3) even with the small inflation over the past 10 years, a 2013 dollar is equivalent today to $1.26, etc..

At the time I had no idea that a city could do something like this and I am very careful when a property has been vacant for any amount of time.

We live states away and the PM stated the tenants left and he had no idea when they left.

Had no trouble communicating with the president/associates of the company when I had a client looking at one of the properties they managed.
