Lehigh Valley Market Soaring Prices

Giacomo Gesualdo
Posted

Hello everyone! I am new to investing in the Lehigh valley and could not help but to notice the soaring housing prices. Has this put a pause on your thoughts on investing in the area, or do you think that investing in this area is still a green light? I would love to hear your thoughts.

@Giacomo Gesualdo I think there are many opportunities in this area that are always coming up. For example, a next door neighbor's house came up for 99k with only minor cosmetic work needed, would be a great LTR investment bringing roughly 1200-1400/mo. I would have bought it if I didn't have my money tied up in other properties. However that property only lasted a few days before going under contract. So when you find something you have to move lightning fast.
