There are a handful of investor networking groups that may be helpful to you - my favorite is the Central Ohio Investor Network (COIN), which meets monthly.

If you said a person wasn't suitable because they were a certain ethnic group, then you'd have problems.

Mike Butler's book on landlording is a good place to start, as well as your local real estate investment group.

Hi Scott,I agree with Jay Hinrichs about buying into your own facility with a group of other dentists and establishing your practice for a while.I've personally known (socially) many successful medical professionals  and many successful commercial owners over the years.
