Commercial Brokers in Dallas, TX

I am interested in starting out investing in a under-50 unit multifamily property in the Texas area, specifically Dallas, TX.  I am open to Austin, Houston and San Antonio as well if the opportunity presents itself. However, I am out of town and will be interested in a property management company too. If you all recommend a broker and property manager, please share.  Thank you!

Another investor is looking to build her team and seems to be interested in the same areas. Might be good to pile on!
