I got a line of credit and used that and a home depot card to purchase and rehab a home.  

I dont know what kid of agent I am with them, but they debit my card $10/moWhat level is that?

You will be surprised at how many times someone will say that they have a friend at work or a cousin who is in that situation.Also, get some simple, plain business cards that say you buy homes and have your phone number and email address on them.
