Have been there when the grand just isn't there.Do you have buyers?

There are many ways to work the system but if you do not know what you are doing in Ontario your tenants will own you.Even though I know the system it once took me 3 years to get rid of a bad tenant at a cost of nearly 4 grand in rent rebates.

I have even ran metal conduit on the outside of the walls to save damaging the walls, which was still a couple grand.

I like Grand Rapids: above average population growth, diversified and modernized economy and cultural depth in art and craft brewery scene which I think makes it desirable.

So we are back to having a value of about 8 million on spec value. and we are spending money lobbying to get our land use changed again through pork barrel legislation other wise My grand kids or great grand kids are going to think i was a pretty cool dude when they cash in 30 to 40 years for 100 million LOL..

When starting out, trying to find the absolute grand slam deal will keep you out of the game because you'll likely be waiting a very very long time. 

That's the whole point.I've bought many properties and probates in particular whereby occupant is an heir, a relative, a friend of decedent, ex-partner/boyfriend/girlfriend and grand child's baby daddy and biker buddies. 

Life is a gamble , but if you need to borrow 1 to 3 grand to get started , you wont make it unless you are lucky as hell .
