I have little debt from my first year of college, but it will continue to grow, which will slow down my investing potential.To sum it up: Should I postpone my degree in order to begin my investment journey?

Now don't get me wrong, I couldn't care less where the money is coming from (to a degree), but I do know that there are a lot of scams running around.

I ended up deciding on this area based on a strong desire to enroll in a specific degree program there (Telecom), and appreciation for the quality of life.

Once I graduated I had a business degree and knew exactly how to build a house.

I just recently graduated this May from Penn State with a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, but no longer want much to do with design engineering lol.

My husband has a good career but we have always been interested in real estate investing (I have a background and degree in economics and small business).

I buy properties that are in locations that I believe have excellent prospects, and I buy only when I have a personal financial position capable of withstanding even a crash to the degree of the great depression. 

My brother got his phd in engineering and was able to buy right away, since his degree was in the same "field of endeavor" as his job.  

I have one year left before I receive my bachelor's degree. 

You are talking about a 25 degree change or more in the summer.
