As noted by John, issues arise when neighbors start complaining for various reasons.

Shortly after this (let's say 1-3 months out) you lock up a contract and flip that contract to a cash buyer for a $10k fee (which happens all the time).

I have similar issues with my kids.

Then you will be dying to get back to a felon with anger management issues :)

Anyone else having issues finding adequate lenders for starters? 

. #1 because you will be living there yourself and can address issues as they come up. #2 because most property managers are too overwhelmed with the volume of units they manage to give you personalized, meaningful service. 

In my opinion, they are treating  houses in lower cost neighborhoods like medium to high end flips, but selling to investors, which I don't believe is a viable business model. 

No issues on our end.
