@Henry Hill if you aren't sure the first thing you should find out now is what lien position he's offering. 20% is a red flag.

Filed bankruptcy 1-1.5 years ago....that's a big red flag to me....if it was years and years ago, lost a house in the down turn in 2008 etc..... that's one thing.

Like I said, some states few and far may allow this, but for many states across the nation that's a big red flag.- I worked and trained with service animals and emotional support animals.
