@Scott Mac unfortunately I’d have to start the eviction on 04/20 assuming it isn’t extended again then go through the hopefully only 2 month process, not sure if there will be an influx of people starting evictions and the process will take longer

Hello everyone, one of my investments properties in Nc has a tenants that last time they paid the rent was January their lease ended in February 28 the PM who managing the property gave them 30 day notice but they still there what’s my options in this case I can’t evict them due to the moratorium in effect till March 31 and maybe they will extend it any ideas please???

The three buildings are all off a shared driveway and all within 500 yards of each other, with the property lines then extending back into the forest for 4 acres each.Forest, wildlife, hiking, backs up to BLM land.

In my mind, I figured just get it all done and I'm okay with moving the time-line and so we did.Most items have been addresses since then however, the time-line had been getting extended one too many times and I just had to finish up the job on my own and with new resources.

The proper legal remedy for squatters is the wrongful detainer complaint that at least is a little quicker (but not in this Covid times when the Court is working at the minimum).Trying to prevent more people to suffer the consequences of this horrible Policy I wrote to the Mayor, to all the Council Members, to all the Baltimore City State representatives, to the State’s Attorney Office and to the same Police Department.
