I expect owners to trust my expertise, knowing that I am a professional and will protect their interests.

I don't know that she has any special expertise in house hacking or working with investors, but her customer service has been outstanding.

There are so many people on BiggerPockets willing to share their time and expertise to help others FOR FREE.

That does give some indicator of their interest and expertise in multifamily properties.
