We are currently building a few spec homes but finding finished home lots is very challenging. 

We are currently renting a small house near culver studios so we're walking distance to dtcc. 

We are half through the year and half way to our goal of 15 properties this year and we are working on closing on 6 loans in the next 2 weeks and another 5 in the next few months. 

I know this whole area was devastated by Hurricane Sandy, but so was my town 30-40 minutes south and we are fully back and better than ever.  

Good Morning,I’ve been primarily investing in SFR’s and smaller multi’s with a partner since about 2013 and we are interested in moving up to a Class B or C Multifamily property (50-60 units built in 70’s or 80’s).

We are in the Pensacola FL area.

We are not planning to have kids.  

Construction - We are in MA where current Construction costs avg $200 per sq ft.

We are currently working on a flip in the south metro and the drive is taking it's toll on my wife and our guys. 

Been a lomg road but we are making strides each year.
