I do not know anyone that thinks Dricore is worth the money in our area.To me it seems like it would cause a huge increase in the wicking of water into the sheetrock if there was a leak.Where would the moisture go if you seal off the 1/4 inch gap around the edge with vinyl?

HOA fees are $250 per unit and pays for insurance, outside buildings maintenance (including roof), Gas and Water.

I think it would be cool to have something closer to the city so Cincy/Northern KY BPers can meet up!

Electricity is split out by tenant, but domestic water is not.

And one f*ck up gives you a 1 month cool down followed by 1 small project, and you can start again!

If you're only finding deals that your buyers want, you don't have to "test the waters" first to see if they'd be interested...you can go ahead and get it under contract immediately because you already know you'll have someone to buy it. 

Do any of you happen to have a spreadsheet that will calculate a particular tenants portion of the water bill considering the number of days they have occupied the unit?

Are there separate meter for electric, water and gas?
