There is a lot of unnecessary realtor hate, and that puts a lot of people on the defensive.

This was more than 1 year ago so if anyone is interested in his services I would recommend setting up a conference call with him.

Frank and Dave also provide ongoing education, weekly conference calls and a lot of overall support.

They promised some conference call that never happened, they promised to handle all the ad word campaigns, to me, that means everything like setting up the daily amount limits, etc.

Still haven't found the name of the gentleman I saw at that conference last year, but as I mentioned in a previous post there is a lot to know before you even consider investing in the states.

I did have a conference call with a number of their executives and they acknowledged the issues so I would hope that the process has gotten easier. 

I have an office with a nice sized conference room in Westfield that we could utilize after hours or on the weekend.
