Do you have an advice on what to look out like road block on zoning or permits durning the process?

Note: I am not a compliance attorney, and there are more details to this process, but ultimately, you should not be able to invest "tomorrow" with a group you just learned about as a non-accredited investor.

Does this mean that that mortgage company would be my employer, or would I still be looking for a job after the process is complete?

Obviously I've rounded the edges of the process and simplified it a fair amount, but you get the gist.

If you have the right people to help you in the process and that will offer you transparent and honest communication, along with all the pros and cons associated with the marketplace, then it can be great.

@Nate Wilson I didn't - the reason I wanted to get involved was because I knew individuals who wanted to lend but didn't want to go through the process of finding deals to lend on.

People need to stop trying to find solutions to your problem outside of you earning that money on your own. 3rd party capital is expensive, and leveraging your mom's property is an absolutely disgusting to do. 

I have funded a corporation from my 401k using the ROBS process (Rollover as Business Start-up). 

They will look at the area and if others have gone through the variance process.

The owner of the property has asked me to manage the process.
