Based on my earlier communications, none of those points are contested.

Similarly, GP commitments, frequent communications / transparency (arguably more transparency than institutional managers offer) and a verifiable track record will be necessary to name a few. 

Stop assuming and start communicating!

At this point now that I have a firm it's structured where it's inclusive- and it's so we don't deal with this pain point and can plan/communicate without surprise billings later. 

Get organized, communicate regularly and often and say the obvious amongst your team (make no assumptions!)

It allows for tenant portals, communications with tenants directly through the site and some pretty excellent features all around.

Rather than panic selling, most experienced investors and their PMs are hunkering down, maximizing cash reserves, and communicating with their tenants (in particular, trying to connect them to rent assistance resources) to weather this storm. 

I've researched the company and found that this individual is married to the owner with whom I've been communicating.
