It is my opinion that you will NEVER find useful wholesalers during such meets.The wholesalers you will find during these meetings are those that are desperately wanting to "Co-wholesale".. i.e. they have no leads of their own and can not find leads of their own and try to make money off of other peoples leads.Or/and, wholesalers that need to network to make money.A serious wholesaler does not have 1M buyers.

You will make them work for your list like so:No offense to that kind man-meat that wanted to be on my list, BUT do you know HOW many people say "I am an investor, and I can close fast" and all they do is try to co-wholesale your property?

@Justin Butterfield I am not a lawyer but I doubt It is co-mingling fund to deposit it into the LLC account.

I was wondering if you can co-wholesale a property in Illinois or would that be considered brokering?

So is there ""ANY" type of loan where i could somehow put up a house as collateral because i own 5 homes 3 rented and 2 im still rehabbing i can pay the loan just having a hard time getting approved.with showing proof of 2 year job history  and i know no one who can co-sighn. for me
