The industrial and healthcare industries in Temple are constantly growing and the city is expanding like crazy. 

Just wanted to introduce myself, I am Rodney Buford and I am from Lee's Summit, Missouri which is a suburb of Kansas City. 

The city of Fort Worth actually provides a sealed bidding process to their tax foreclosed properties. 

Hustle.Talk to REI friendly brokerage houses like 2nd City, get knowledge and potentially leads from them.

Ive seen many posts regarding friendly cities but they are quite old.

I mean, what happens if you have a website, even one targeting a specific city, and someone contacts you from outside your ideal area?

Evictions in my city are very expensive, so I always look for solutions. 

I mainly looking for cities / metro areas where ratio between risk and ROI is the greatest.I'd love to hear some opinion of experienced member who actually invest in Tennessee.Cheers,Benny

We do have a ton of larger multi family units, but duplexes are scattered throughout the city and also one person can own one side while another person can own the other.
