Thoughts on black vs dark bronze window exterior color?

Going North I would recommend getting out to the Black Diamond meeting in Waltham as it is the best meeting going around here now. 

We started our management company in Dallas in 2012, are currently managing just under 60 properties and are already in the black.

Definitely make sure to hit the Black Diamond meeting in Worcester!

i really do not like that all the font in the forums are in light blue they should be changed to black to make it easier on the eyes. but the rest looks and feels modern similar to the new Windows OS

Unless you have an inside scoop, you don't know if the basement has had standing water for 6 years, rotted sheet rock, and black mold throughout, or maybe a collapsed side sewer line.
