All I needed was my domain which i purchased from Name Cheap then my site was up in running in about 10 mins. 

The warranty company would only give you a limited selection of cheap options even if they ended up replacing it for you..

-This kind of costumers they just want to buy cheap and they don't care about location while it is cheap and has great weather.

Thank you for the advice, and yes I have spoken with him, he bought the property cheap, put a lot of money into it and has not been able to sell it at his listed price.

Afterall, houses aren't cheap in California. :)However, after she saw firsthand how I was able to make (good) money by buying, rehabbing and then renting out houses, she got totally on board. 

I have gotten some good tips from his posts, however the spelling in the past few posts makes me wonder if he is using a cheap VA to respond to certain keywords on here.
