I have properties that I think would be great to transition to Airbnb, but find that the cleaning component may be a catch as far as identifying affordable and reliable cleaning staff.

We settled on a local guy that has been doing bathrooms and kitchens for 10 years and his before / after photos were pretty impressive.He arrived 15 minutes early (always a good sign) and went right to work. 

When trying to "time" the market the phrase of "catching a falling knife comes to mind."

(maybe 90 days) The catch is, the rates will start near 7% fixed for 30 years, this type of money has gotten much more expensive and I believe will continue to rise. 

I can't see how the dude makes any money other then with his show.We also watch fishing shows but I know for a fact you ain't going catch one fish after another everythree mintues.

Usually just listing the city is to vague and people will skip over it with so many listings * Use lots of great photo's *Always leave your number to make it easier for people to contact you * Learn your market and what time is the best to post.
