A better use would be to take profits you make in the industry and re invest it in your business.

If we did not need license to bring buyer and seller together there would be no RE industry at all..

Based on my knowledge of the industry it makes more sense to grow indoors on a large scale.

Let the wholesalers find the motivated sellers and everyone in the industry is happy.
