The communities I'm targeting are inner city areas where the City of Memphis has torn down hundreds of homes in the inner city as well as housing projects.

You may be better off staying put over a few hundred if the service is great and they are responsive.

However, the best part about Atlanta is that there are hundreds of hyper-local markets, each with their own temperature.
