Because slim margins exist all across the spectrum, the fix/flip, wholesale model must await brighter (or is that blighted) days to flourish.

I have seen a lot of fractionalized notes over the years, however, so it is certainly more broad than just California.

This was a broad overview, but using these numbers I think the deal is worth exploring.

"Investors from England" is a pretty broad topic.  

The phrase "buy house" is too broad and you could pay for junk leads; the phrase "buy my house FAST" is the type phrase that results in higher quality (more motivated) leads.  

We will typically use Basic, Special & Broad Form (Dp1, DP2 & DP3) as these are the terms applicable to commercial policies as well as personal policies.
