Hello! I have been a member for a while now but just now getting active. I have been a real estate investor for about 10 years with a pretty broad range of experience ranging from rentals, fix and flips, land improvement/development, and private/hard money lending. Over these last 10 my focus has been primarily on being a private/hard money lender and educating investors on the benefits of using self directed retirement accounts to invest into real estate. I am looking to network with other real estate investors to see if any of our strengths can help each other be more successful in our real estate goals.
