Thank you for this story. going through similar situations right now on a couple properties. get so hung up about a couple thousand here and there but need to remember getting all the money out is my ego coming through sometimes. in the end if its cashflowing and you have a beautiful house all is going to be well. side note what is the red truck that inspired the name?

A cheaper more rural area would be places like Crystal River, which is beautiful and sees a high amount of tourist traffic for such a small city.

.- Has two gates and horseshoe driveway- Beautiful landscapingIf the entire property were to be fixed up including the main house the property could be worth $350k+.If the main house is considered a total loss, then the property could be worth $230k-$250k, just with the detached garage/apartment.

With that being said, In the past decade and especially in the last few years Scranton has seen a giant revitalization of it's downtown, with old beautiful buildings that sat vacant being turned into luxury condos and apartment buildings, shopping, and commercial space.
