Hope all is well, one thing for sure a few years back I noticed not a lot of people from newark nj participate in this website.I was also looking but decided to learn how to wholesale instead and had great success. Now fast forward I'm still new but have cash, not sure if your running into the same problem but im having issues finding realtors, reliable ones anyways. We should connect because im looking to use a FHA, 203K or just wholesale again or out of state investing because I know I'll be able to leverage my funds further. One thing for sure the stock market and real estate makes no damn sense at the moment everything is high for no reason.
