I'm a Redfin real estate agent in Northern Virginia (about to move to Nebraska) is looking to build a investment portfolio myself.There are two kinds of ways to hang your license with Redfin - as an associate agent, paid on a 1099 contract basis per-task, such as showing homes, attending inspections, walk-throughs, etc.

Mortgage Co said they are trying to speed it along [usually use 45 day lead time] and the worst that could happen is we ask for an extension.My question is this:  I have renters already lined up [my son and 3 college friends - w/parents as guarantors] but I can't draw up a lease without knowing the move in date.

(Plus, if they pay by check or money order, they may not have sufficient funds, and they can also place a stop payment on their check and money order)I had a tenant who owed money in September and I couldn't get them out until the middle of January because they stalled, postponed, claimed false repairs, holidays came up, couldn't attend the court date that had been scheduled so they ask the court to reschedule and they did, and on and on.
