Would you consider it equivalent to have a licensed electrician inspect work performed by a non-licensed electrician for safety and code compliance?

Also made sure that all glass within maybe 5 feet for a door was made out of safety glass, and then once it was completed that the egress windows in bedrooms opened to the size required for egress. 

With real estate being an arm of the law I think the human element is something technology will never completely replace.

Terms can range from: 5/1 ARMs, 10/1 ARMs 15-Yr Fixed, 25-yr, or 30-yr fixed (Yes even for commercial loans - but more often available through your non-bank or 'Bank-Alternative' lenders).If you have a portfolio of 15-SFR's with strong equity, you're likely looking at a 75% LTV max (assuming good credit >720-740+) with a non-bank lender.

This gives you a pretty big safety net.  

Technically owners are supposed to be the ones actually renewing these licenses anyway since you have to make certain affirmations about the property (lead status, fire safety, habitability, etc). 

Keep asking the right people (realtor, loan officer, accountant, etc.) all your questions to help build your confidence and arm you with the necessary intel to help you move forward.
