How do you advertise your vacant units?

In theory, it's a "real estate agent only" subscription-based service that enables real estate brokers to 1) advertise listings, and 2) offer compensation to other agents (for example: the listing broker charges the seller X% commission, and then offers a portion of that commission to a buyer's agent who brings the buyer). 

It's more of a turnkey property because it's already cash flowing so you can advertise it that way when looking for your end buyer.

* How do you advertise your vacant units?

I am not familiar with them much, but the big thing is don't advertise for investors. 

You can advertise on Craigslist, FB marketplace and zillow.

It's amazing how they openly advertise the rental income.
