Hey BP, I have owned a home in Whidbey Island, WA, since 2006 and the market conditions for me has finally recovered due to me having to refi two times (2009 divorce and 2012 RIF from military).

Looking for a trusted reliable property mgmt team in specifically Bonney lake Wa area.

So I guess if there is anyone out there that has any tips for me in reaguards to wholesaling/ in the spokane,WA and surrounding areas so that I maybe successful I am so eager and willing to listen and learn.

My day job is working for a Commercial Real Estate developer in DC, however I'm interested in starting to do my own investing in single family rentals in a less expensive market (perhaps Richmond or Baltimore), hopefully making my way towards doing some value-add/BRRRR deals. 

In fact, I just sold a 4 unit in Washington last year with the same type of loan.

Hi all,I purchased a 2bd/1.5br townhome in Summerville, SC nearly two years ago and am thinking about selling it and using the capital gains to invest in Seattle, WA, where I'm living.

Could anyone recommend a "Flat Fee list on the MLS service" in Washington state?

They almost all have washington plates,  but they sure didn't come out of backyards in Seattle proper.

Another item of note: Increases the maximum household size permitted on a single-family lot from 8 to 12 unrelated people only if the lot includes two ADUsI own a duplex near the University of Washington that I could add a DADU (detached accessory dwelling unit).
