We are in the Chicago area. 

We are currently fixing up our house now, looking to move out in the next few years and just rent it out but we were kind of looking for getting an income property sooner!

For those just coming off of BP or a guru training course that have none of the above.. you need it all.it took me 3 years to land a bank in Charleston SC  even though I domicile on the west coast.. but I kept trying now I have a great banker there and we are his ONLY out of market borrower.. but he did just raise his interest rate from 5.5 to 6. 

We JV'd with a couple of investors before we decided to go the Fund route, which is where we are concentrating our efforts.

We are investors in Harris/Montgomery Counties and we are asking for recommendations for experienced, investor friendly CPAs and Attorneys local to our market.

We are both very excited for the opportunities that lay ahead for us.

We are under contract on an investment property with a closing in two weeks.

After much research, and half a dozen offers outbid...We are under contract with our first flip (yay!)

This is our first deal we are working through thus far in wholesaling.
