Brian, I know it's just a figure of speech but I still feel I have to say that it's not luck, but being smart, doing good due diligence and working with good people that will make your out of state experience a success.

@Jason Ma My partner and I are in a small market 2.5 hours North of Indy in a town called Warsaw that is home to 3 major Orthopaedic/Medical Device companies.

His quote for the door operator is $16,840If I wait and do all the major components at a later date when they fail the quote is 70-80kObviously the smart choice is change the operator.

Just remember, you earn more from a smart deal than multiple deals, but multiple smart deals is where you eventually want to get to!  

Now I realized you just need to work hard, be persistent and smart with your calculations and you will succeed.
