Finding Tenants For Fourplex

Good afternoon everyone, I’m a 21 Alabama National Guard soldier and I’m currently deployed in Iraq. I look forward to trying my best to do real estate full time once I arrive home in a couple months. I’ve done tons of research on the subject of real estate for the past couple years and I’m confident that I can find success if I sacrifice and put my all into it.

With that said, I would like to start by flipping houses but when I return home my first order of business is to find a fourplex or triplex so I can house hack. I understand that multi-family poperties can be pricey but since I am a veteran so I can qualify for properties with my VA loan, which allows me to buy any property with ZERO money down as long as I occupy one of the units.

Is there a specific way I should be marketing to find quality tenants for my first house hack? Thank you all in advance for your time and I promise to keep you all updated along my journey throughout the end of this year.
