I looked up the address and all on Zillow and it is saying the home is in pre-foreclosure.

Apartment building is owned by an entity <address LLC>.  

Additionally I am reading and researching 2 hours per day about real estate  rehab costs, plus other related topics. 

Paint and carpet with minor rehab.

Do you cover a good portion of your rehab with cc's? 

The biggest issue I see on rehabs is the contractor not performing...

If you want a deal, you will need to buy and rehab, you will need to buy what others cant, Personally I love houses that have frozen and burst plumbing, or carpets torn out, or even better they are selling without interior access, thats all money to me, but not advisable to a beginner. best of luck.
