Maybe do an MTR for one of them since RWC is near various hospitals (I'm looking into doing this) or even rent-by-room.Construction is expensive here, so even with all that it can be hard to pencil out.

I plan to invest in real estate in this area.

This is more typical in the commercial loan world I'm in.

Does the LLC hold other assets/interest or just this house?
