Does anyone recommend any Michigan pre-license courses?

And ironically, there's a very strong argument for the macro playing a much bigger roll in price appreciation or depreciation.  

If that sounds like something you might be interested in we  sure would love to have you there, usually if you're not a member of Next Gen there is a fee at the door for the workshops but if you PRE- REGISTER  for the workshop the entire workshop is FREE .

Get something that needs work and get a discount accordingly, then roll your sleaves up and put in some sweat equity.

You can't roll a non-spousal inherited IRA into a solo-401k.

They are a great deal if you plan to hold the place for 10 or more years but there are pre pays if you sell before that. 

You could get a letter of pre-approval or, if you want something even more firm (so you don't have to put 'subject to financing') you can ask them to take it a step further (can't remember what that letter would be called).
