I don't always subscribe to the positive mental attitude, and I do believe that our outcomes and our actions are directly affected by our thinking. 

I don't think I have ever been cursed out so much in my life and hearing no all day long while working from home can mentally drain you.

My credit was bad because in my young 20's I had some health issues had to stop working and that ended up tanking my credit in the end.

It was me versus the world, and the mentality stunted my growth.

using the financial health and equity of one property to finance the purchase of another  property.in simple terms, if you have $300k excess equity in a project, you can cash it out and use it as the downpayment for another property.the new property must be able to pay its own mortgage and the cost of the equity cash out.

You can’t view it as a 1 to 1 (he owes me) type of mentality.

Those first few years are so critical in a child's mental and emotional development. 

The next step its to meet people who have the mentality to be free, invest and to be you own boss!!

While staying with a friend, tenant called the health department to complain about the unit and caused the health department to open up an active case for investigation.Now this is what I was told from the landord's side, I do not know and haven't spoken with tenant, so I don't know the other side of the story.Would appreciate some thoughts on what the landlord should/could do at this point.
