It is almost scary how clueless some of these people are and unfortunately they have a platform to share their bad ideas.

We have had some escrow servicer completely botch the process and other qho are able to work through a 20-30 location policy without a hitch.There are some newer master policies out there that are on updated software platforms that can handle this better. 

I'm new here and so happy I've discovered this platform,(seriously SO HAPPY!) 

@ Natalie Casey this is a really tricky one to answer on this platform because there could be so many variables here. 

@Tyler Brown-Lewis the platform Propstrem gives you the absentee owner's primary address if you're implementing a direct mail campaign.

Are their different platforms that would facilitate these types of connections?

I then moved to TenantCloud and have a couple others that used that and we have all enjoyed that platform a lot. 

The majority of really great off market deals go direct to well networked investors that have a great history of closing deals with wholesalers.Facebook is the number 1 social media platform for real estate.

Any platforms/software that you can recommend?
