"individual" private money lenders

Where would I find “individual" private money lenders? We are well established, have an excellent track record, BBB accredited and would secure the loan against secured property and would be looking for short term financing. We are NOT looking for hard money lenders.

Are their different platforms that would facilitate these types of connections?
