I joined a while back but just now got more involved.

Most real estate clubs charge money to join.

Sometimes, you can find a bargain from eBay.Finally, look into joining a REI group.

That being the case, I'm going to start by wholesaling.I've checked out the local REIAs and will attend a few before I join (I've heard horror stories about some, so I want to make sure they're clubs that fit my needs) and network as much as possible, build up a buyers' list while I'm looking for deals - I've probably looked at 65 houses and can pretty much tell you what homes go for in a particular area when I hear or see the address.Once I move, I can look at buying properties to rehab and/or hold.

I decided to join after reading so many helpful posts and realizing that I wasn't taking advantage of huge network of RE Investors.

I would suggest getting started by joining your local REIA (real estate investors association).

I only joined a few days ago myself, but my husband is from Varna, and we actually have a small plot (600 Sq.Meters) in Balchik we are trying to sell.

Do things right so that you don't join them!!!
