Compounding the problem are now closed government agencies like notaries and title offices.

Cheers,André.Hi André,I believe it is due to the housing allowances and would imagine there is a high pressure on the rental market due to this even though the German government, including Wiesbaden, seems to do well keeping up with housing demand. 

It's just my opinion, but the fact is we have a Government that is acting as though we have a demand problem instead of a health problem.

The only difference between the two at 15% is that MACU can be done in a portfolio loan which does not affect your max allowed government loans.

To echo the voices above, I do have concerns with the current market with the government imposed restrictions as well as the market being way overpriced.

I think in 5-10 years this neighborhood will not have affordable housing any longer (with the exception of government assisted living on N Raleigh blvd).

I'm in it for the long haul and am learning how to adapt to what our government has been forcing on us.
