Part of the anticipation of retirement from a job is the freedom to not have to go to work and to be able to leave and come as you want. 

The freedom from property management is well worth the 8% (for 2 properties) and 10% (for 2 properties) of management fees.  

@Chris Collins I have read Gene's book and you're right a little dry but worth the freedom from jail time lol

I currently work for a Big 4 accounting firm but am looking to transition into real estate investing for supplemental wealth building and possibly financial and operational freedom (assuming this goes well!).

I currently am employed full time, which I would love to get out of the rat race and have my own freedom.

This allows agents to have more freedom without having to worry about competing agents looking over their shoulder.
