Of course, with all my baring teeth, the situation is much more complex: I absolutely don't want to inherit this tenant with children and deal with an eviction situation in MA - yet, I need this house for all hosts of personal reasons, including taking care of a family member with advanced cancer.

I know Denver has some cool Bigger Pockets events and hosts.

You will not be able to AirBnB though, not unless you Host, which means you must live in the property and AirBnB the rooms or an ADU.

I spoke with the management at Topa Topa and they "are stoked to host your crew."

. - Volunteer to help them co-host open houses (i.e. grab refreshments, get balloons, set up Open House signs, etc.) every single weekend.

Another thing you could do is reach out to other hosts nearby and ask them who they use and if they could share them with you.Hope this helps you!
