I use a platform at my brokerage called ExpressOffers and it is designed to attract the same target as wholesalers. 

Utilizing the BP platform is certainly a great place to start as is calling your local building department and asking for recommendations.  

@Jay Hinrichs all the platforms... zillow, facebook, you name it!

@Charles Bailey if you want to purchase properties you can source deals through Realtors.For wholesaling… I like the marketing platforms that allow people to call you if they are interested instead of cold calling them.

No need to compile a big list of investors first.Keep talking about real estate everywhere you go and on all your social media platforms.

Your question made me finally write a forum post on our experience evaluating several PM platforms - so thank you! 

We try to have 2 showing times during the week and one on the weekend, and if you can't figure out how to make one of those you must not seriously need a place to live.As for platforms, we started using Marketplace the last two vacancies but the biggest bunch of deadbeats and no-shows came from there.

I was wondering if when I'm going thro browsing platforms like Redfin and looking at sale history do off market transactions show up there?

@Erik Johnson Most likely asking for group investments per country here on the BP platform & ask for references/track record (very important).In Spain we would be able to help you further as we have been doing multiple of these types of investments
